Permanent monitoring of the moisture content of chips and fibres is essential for optimum panel quality. The GreCon Online Moisture Analyser IR 5000 WBPi is therefore used to monitor the material moisture after the dryer as well as before and after the blender and above the forming belt.

Overdrying of the material by the dryer can thus be quickly detected and corrected. An optimum panel quality is ensured by the permanent monitoring of the material moisture after the blender and in the forming station.

The GreCon Online Moisture Analyser IR 5000 WBPi saves ressources and ensures quality during the running production.
